We accept PPO only insurance plans. Medicare, Blue Cross PPO, Blue Shield PPO, Aetna PPO, Healthnet PPO and Pacificare PPO are just some of the more common insurance plans that we accept. Unfortunately, we do not accept HMO insurance. Please call 858.755.6647 or 858.481.3376 for more information.

We provide insurance billing but we encourage all patients to confirm their coverage prior to making an appointment. Co-payments are due at the time of the appointment. If the insurance company does not pay the full balance, or denies the claim, then any unpaid balance is due from the patient.
